I usually only shop at Pink when there’s some kind of sale going on, like the big seasonal ones, the random weekend deals, the 2-for-whatever promos, or when they send those email coupons. Some of the discounts are actually good, especially on stuff like leggings, bras, hoodies, or body care. But other times it feels like the “sale” price is basically the normal price with a tiny markdown slapped on it, like a $45 sweatshirt marked down to $39 or something. It’s not terrible, and I still find things I like, but I just wish the deals felt a little more worth it more often.

I shop on PINK every now and then, the site itself is easy to use. Browsing is simple, checkout is straightforward, and I usually don’t have any big issues finding what I want.

The promo codes are where it gets a little questionable. Some of them worked perfectly fine for me, so I can’t say they’re useless, but a few that were supposed to be valid online just wouldn’t apply at checkout. That’s frustrating after you’ve already spent time picking everything out.
Customer service was polite enough, but they didn’t really fix the code problem in a way that helped much. I’d probably still order again because the process is mostly fine, but I definitely don’t get too excited about the promo codes anymore.

They have some really cute stuff and I was excited to place a small order. But this is where it got annoying, the shipping cost was high enough that it made the whole purchase feel not really worth it. I’d probably only order again if I was getting enough to justify the shipping.

I’m so glad Pink has more size options now, especially for leggings and bras, because the endless struggle of being one size in one thing and a totally different size in another is truly a whole saga. At least now I can usually find something that fits decent without feeling like I’m on a dramatic treasure hunt.

I do wish the bigger sizes stayed in stock longer, though, because the cute colors vanish like they were never even real. Still, it’s definitely better than it used to be, and I’ve had mostly good luck ordering online, so I’ll take the win.

I ordered a couple pairs of leggings and a hoodie from victoriassecretpink.com, and the sizing was mostly right for me. I’m usually a medium, so I went with that, and the leggings fit fine, not too tight, not awkward, just kind of what you’d hope for, you know?
The only thing is the hoodie felt a little roomier than the size chart made it sound, unless I’m just picky? It’s still super comfy, so I’m not really mad about it. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely check the reviews first just to be safe.
